So as you can see it's been a few years...

Where have I been? Well a quick update:

I went back to work October 2010, went full time August 2011 and stepped down to seasonal August 2012. (Not sure why this is important? Maybe my amazing experience with this will be a blog post some day?)

We had baby #4 come into our life! Sweet little "Char Char the Binks" is the highlight of the family these days. We each love her so completely but in different ways.

Mr. Grimes went to work for his amazingly talented Brother then, not so much. (http://www.moby1trailers.com still rocks check out their trailers. Seriously Ash is a design genius!)

Now here I am between chores, feedings and diaper changes and I decided to write. I'm not sure why? I have a bit of a love hate relationship with writing. My dyslexia and complete disregard of grammar and spelling make me hate it. But when I sit down words flow out of me like it was just what I never knew I always needed and loved!(If your a grammar junkie you may want to stop reading this blog before I break your brain.)

I have this relationship with many things in my life. My yard for one. I get up and go out before it gets to hot. I try and water, weed , mow whatever needs to be done. While I'm out there I get my butt kicked but feel somewhat productive. Then I open the door and the kids have terrorized the poor house. Hence Love/Hate. I think the culprit is karma getting back at me for allowing my grand backyard to become a jungle of neglect last summer. So Karma please accept my amends and work with me on this task.

The love hate thing is a major player in most of my daily life. I hate the task of getting to the project. I sit there dreading how hard it will be or how I may enjoy it but will inevitably get interrupted and not be able to finish. Well after a long enlightening talk with my sister, I realized reaching our potential means sacrificing the time to develop our talents. So here is my 1st blog post in the journey to find my talents to develop. (Is 30 to old to find your talent? I hope not.)  It may be writing or gardening who knows lets find out together...

Trin, you write so well, don't be intimidated by your dyslexia. I'd never know you had it. Glad you're writing again, i forgot how much I like reading your blog.
